In partnership with Ann Summers’ Learning and Development Partner, we designed and delivered The Inspire Programme: a six-month series of events, workshops, and learning practices with the following aims:

Better prepare and develop senior leadership capability.

Help more established individuals to reframe and update their skill set.

Nurture and support rising stars in the business.

Create a shared understanding of what great leadership looks like at Ann Summers.

A common theme we encounter when working with executives and senior leadership teams is the desire for greater synergy. Synergy not only empowers all leaders in the business but also boosts productivity, fosters collaborative working, facilitates open two-way dialogue around ways of working, and assists in building a clear pipeline of talent.

Because of this, it was essential that we integrated both the board development programme with the senior leadership team development. We achieved this through carefully crafted joint away days, senior leadership team face-to-face events, skills-based online workshops, and inter-workshop reflective practices.

Regular progress checks and questionnaires assessed ongoing impact and shaped future sessions, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and values.
