In our experience raising levels of self-awareness and understanding more about how colleagues and peers prefer to operate can make a huge difference to the way teams approach collaborative working, actively encouraging cross-functional cooperation and communication.

Certainly, as teams change and grow constant tools such as MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), Strengthscope® and 360° assessments can be the touch points which help to smooth progression and raise performance

 As part of our ongoing coaching and mentoring programme with Maier we were introduced to a new tool – Strengthscope. Used in tandem with our facilitated sessions run for us by Maier it proved to be very powerful, particularly in terms of not only highlighting perceived strengths and how to build on them but also where specific strengths might be under utilised. Overall, very productive indeed and creative too.
