INCREASING INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM POTENTIAL THROUGH COACHING
Maier coaches aren’t the sort to shy away from the tough questions. For us, coaching is about helping people to see things from a different angle. Sometimes it’s about facing issues head on, but it can also be about sharing our experience to help find practical solutions that work for both the individual, and the organisation they’re operating in.
Brave and inventive is how we’d describe it. We get teams to appreciate the importance of individual and group behaviours; those that are guaranteed to take the team forward and those that we know will hold them back. Commitments, goals, objectives – all of these are followed up, we don’t miss a beat.
Usually coupled with top team development, or as part of a road map of events, our 1:1 coaching hub sessions allow team members to reflect on, discuss and explore their own personal opportunities and areas for development. But as well as offering individual space, the hubs mean we pick up on common themes that we’re able to feed into the longer-term programme and, of course, next coaching sessions.
