OUR 4-STEP APPROACH
First, we check the match between coach and coachee is fit for purpose. This involves understanding your goals and motivations, what your concept of coaching is, and what you are looking for in a coach.
Ahead of your first session, we consider your key developmental objectives and any psychometrics that may be useful for you and your goals. We also agree how we will measure the success of our coaching partnership.
Coaching sessions are steered by the coachee, who brings the learning agenda they want to work on. We as coaches act as a collaborative partner in the process, sharing tools and insights for reflective practice where required.
Here we reflect on the success of our coaching sessions by asking a series of questions such as what aspects of the coaching process were most beneficial to you and why? In what ways have you gained greater self-awareness?
