Having worked with Sinclair many years before, the appointment of a new CEO, Colin Woodward, rekindled the partnership and so began the transformational journey we’re on today.
Wanting to deliver continued success and maintain their market leadership, we began working with Colin to explore how shifts in culture across UK and US sites along with the development of a high performing leadership group could help to ‘future-proof’ the business.
Our initial focus fell on the core Leadership Group. Experts in their respective areas, the key was to create a team unified around a ‘one Sinclair’ ethos with the ability to bridge cultural gaps and take on the mantle of market leaders. Our starting points were;
