With over 12 years experience of HR in retail, media, leisure and technology, Lainey has an extensive insight into a wide range of cultures and business issues. With a strong client focus and approachable manner she is able to very quickly get to the ‘heart of the matter’, helping individuals and teams to generate creative yet practical solutions.
