When Karyn first set the company up in 1997, she wanted to challenge, and change, how leaders and organisations were developed. Maier was founded on six core values and everyone who works here operates in ways that reflect them;

Company Structure

We’ve structured the company so that each client has a dedicated client manager to take care of your every need. This commitment means that you can get involved with the things that you consider to be most important, safe in the knowledge that everything else is being covered by someone who knows and understands your needs perfectly.

Sitting alongside our client managers a team of Associates help to design and deliver the wide range of programmes that we’re able to offer thanks to the diversity of their backgrounds. All our Associates are carefully chosen for their outstanding experience, qualifications and commitment to the Maier values.
